We understand that many audiologists will continue to care for their patients remotely during the Corona Virus outbreak. In an attempt to support this effort, we’ve made changes to our service that make ordering remakes, duplicates, and new earmolds easier than ever. You can also check in on the status of orders and request billing information.

Also, please let us know if you have any extenuating circumstances and need additional support … we are always happy to help.

Service Changes
1] Earmold warranties that expired as of March 1st, 2020 are now extended through July 1st, 2020. We believe that this extension will reduce the need for an office visit for patients requesting an earmold remake.
